Some service tasks do not require an on-site visit. We therefore offer the following remote services on working days between 8 am and 4 pm:
Installation support, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and operator training by phone, email, TeamViewer or Microsoft Teams (€32 per quarter hour):
TeamViewer is an application that allows you to connect to and control another computer from a remote location. To use our services via TeamViewer, the TeamViewer software must be installed on the device that displays the measurement curves.
To use Microsoft Teams, you only need a web browser of your choice, an internet connection and a microphone, optionally a webcam. Once a date has been agreed, we will send you an invitation to join the session.
